For our ready-made styles (white label / no label), the MOQ is 100 pairs per style. You can mix sizes and colors within the same style to reach the MOQ.

For fully custom OEM designs (your own unique style), the MOQ is 300 pairs per style. For first-time customers, we can sometimes negotiate lower MOQs for trial orders - contact us on WhatsApp to discuss.

Yes! You can mix multiple styles in one shipment. Each style needs to meet its own MOQ (100 pairs for ready-made styles, 300 pairs for custom styles). Mixing styles is a great way to test our products and build your product range.

The easiest way is to contact us on WhatsApp. Simply tell us which styles you're interested in, quantities, sizes, and any custom requirements. We'll send you a detailed quote within 24 hours.

You can also send us your order list via email. We'll confirm everything with you before production starts.

Prices depend on style, material grade, quantity, and customization level. As a factory direct supplier, our prices are very competitive.

For specific pricing, please contact us on WhatsApp with the styles and quantities you're interested in. We'll send you our full price list right away. The more you order, the better the price per pair.

We accept:

• T/T (Bank Transfer) - 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
• Western Union - For sample orders and smaller amounts
• PayPal - For sample orders only
• Trade Assurance (Alibaba) - For buyers who prefer platform protection

For large orders, we can discuss other payment terms after establishing a business relationship.

We offer all common trade terms:

• EXW (Ex-Works) - You pick up from our factory
• FOB (Free On Board) - We deliver to nearest port (Qingdao / Shanghai)
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) - We handle shipping to your destination port
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - Door-to-door delivery (available for certain countries)

Absolutely! We strongly recommend ordering samples first to check quality and fit. Sample orders are available for all our styles.

Sample fee is charged at sample price (higher than wholesale), but we will refund the sample fee when you place your first bulk order over 500 pairs.

For ready-made styles: 3-5 working days

For custom samples (your design / custom logo / custom color): 7-10 working days

Shipping time depends on your location - typically 3-7 days by express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS).

Ready-made styles (in stock): 5-10 working days

Ready-made styles (out of stock): 20-25 working days

Custom OEM orders: 25-35 working days after sample approval and deposit received

Peak season (August-October) may have slightly longer lead times. We always confirm the exact timeline before you place your order.

Yes! We provide regular production updates. You'll receive photos and/or videos of your order at different stages: material preparation, production in progress, finished products, and packaging.

We offer multiple shipping options:

• Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3-7 days, door-to-door - best for samples and small orders
• Air Freight: 7-15 days, airport-to-airport - best for medium orders
• Sea Freight: 25-45 days, port-to-port - best for large bulk orders (most economical)
• Door-to-Door (DDP): All-inclusive delivery to your address - available for select countries

Yes! We offer several branding options:

• Woven label on the inside (most common)
• Embossed / debossed logo on the heel or side
• Printed logo on the insole
• Hang tags with your brand
• Custom packaging with your branding

Just send us your logo file (AI, EPS, or high-res PNG) and we'll show you mockups before production.

Absolutely! We have 20+ standard colors available, and we can also do custom Pantone color matching for larger orders.

Custom color MOQ is typically 300 pairs per color. For our standard colors, you can order as low as 100 pairs per color.

Yes! We specialize in OEM/ODM custom manufacturing. Send us:

• Design sketches or technical drawings
• Reference photos of similar styles
• Your material and color preferences
• Any specific requirements (sole type, height, details)

We have a strict 3-stage quality control process:

1. Incoming QC: All materials inspected when they arrive
2. In-line QC: Checked at every production stage
3. Final QC: 100% inspection of every pair before packaging

Our factory is BSCI certified and SGS audited. We stand behind our quality - if any pair has manufacturing defects, we'll replace it or issue a refund.

We have a quality guarantee. If you receive products with manufacturing defects:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Send photos/videos showing the defect
3. We'll verify and offer replacement, credit, or refund

Our defect rate is less than 1% thanks to our rigorous QC process, but if any issues slip through, we make it right.
